PALACE CINEMA GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Palace Gift Cards can be redeemed at Palace Cinemas One business day after purchase.
2. Palace Gift Cards are not redeemable in SA or WA.
3. If purchased via Palace Shop, please allow 3 business days for the Palace Gift Cards to arrive (unless you have paid for express post, in which case you shall receive the card in the next business day).
4. Palace Gift Cards come in denominations of $30, $50 and $100. The amount on the card can be used in one or many transactions. No change is issued if the card isn’t fully used or if it expires before the card limit is reached.
5. The minimum transaction per use is $10, as it is for credit and eftpos transactions at Palace Cinemas. If a Gift Card has a value of less than $10 remaining on it, a split payment (eg cash and Gift Card) is possible, however the transaction value still needs to be $10 or greater.
6. Palace Gift Cards may not be re-sold and is not redeemable for cash.
7. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be refunded or replaced.
8. Palace Gift Cards expire 12 months from date of issue and any balance that remains after that date will not be available for use.
9. Palace Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers, gift cards or books of ticket offers.
