How long will it take for my Membership card to arrive?
Processing and Delivery time for membership cards is approximately 3 to 4 weeks, sometimes longer during peak periods (Public Holidays/Long Weekends, Christmas and New Years). They will arrive within 7 to 10 Business days from the time you receive a 'shipped' or 'completed' email notification.
If I purchase a Membership card online via Palace Shop today, can I use it to purchase discounted tickets tonight?
If you wish to instantly receive the discounted benefits of being a Movie Club member, we recommend you join or renew at the box office, where you will be issued with a temporary card instantly. Alternatively, print the receipt from your online transaction and take this with you as proof of purchase in exchange for an Interim Card.
When will I receive my Complimentary Welcome Pass?
When you join or renew your Movie Club membership, you are rewarded with an Admit One complimentary pass (or an Admit Two pass, if you renew for 2 Years). The complimentary pass is sent out with your new membership card. At the bottom of the letter is a perforated strip, this is your voucher. Do not throw out your letter without removing the voucher first as the vouchers will not be replaced.
Can I split my Admit 2 Complimentary Welcome Pass into two Admit 1 passes? Unfortunately not, as it is issued as the one voucher for 2 Admissions. The vouchers are not exchangable or refundable.
I have been offered a Promotional 2 years for the price of 1. How do I go about purchasing my membership online? Select the One Year option and type in the promotional code in the selected box.
The voucher you sent me has already expired! All vouchers sent out by Movie Club are valid for 12 Months. Please check the expiration date as well as the year before enquiring further.
I want to buy a Gift Membership for someone who is living at the same address as me, however I wish to receive the letter first so I can personally deliver the card. Can I do this? Unfortunately, the only way you are able to do this is to keep a keen eye out for mail marked by Palace as the card will automatically be addressed to the person whose name appears on the membership.
