PALACE MOVIE CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Membership benefits are only valid at the Palace Cinemas listed on this site.
2. Membership is valid until the expiry date printed on your membership card.
3. A valid Palace Movie Club card must be presented to receive the discounted rate.
4. A temporary interim card will be sent out within 3 Business Days if purchased through Palace Shop. Membership cards will arrive within 7 to 10 Business Days if purchased through Palace Shop. If you require to instantly receive the Movie Club discount, please join at the Box Office.
5. Discounted rates vary in each state.
6. Palace Movie Club membership is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable.
7. Lost or stolen cards should be reported using a membership advice form available from the box office. A replacement fee of $5.50 (GST inc) will apply for each re-issued card. A new interim card valid for one month will also be issued. Alternativley you can call Movie Club on (03) 9817 6421
8. Your Complimentary Welcome Voucher will be issued with your new membership card in the post. The voucher will be at the bottom of the letter your card is attached to. Do not throw away the letter without removing this voucher, as vouchers cannot be reissued.
9. You will receive one birthday gift per year of membership. A birthday gift may not be sent if the membership has been purchased after the 10th of the month prior to the members' birthday. The birthday gift will be sent at the start of the members' birthday month in the following year. For example if you join or renew your membership on the 15th of May and your birthday is in June you may not receive your birthday gift until the following year.
10. It is the Members responsibility to notify the Palace Movie Club of a change of address or if a plastic card has not been received within one month from the date of purchase.
11. All prices are current at date of publication and may be subject to change without notice.
12. All personal information aquired by Palace Cinemas is confidential and will be used for the operation of the Movie Clubs only. We do not disclose the information to any other organisation.
